02. Relief ValvesRelief valves suitable for most applications, with flows up to 380 litres/min (100 US GPM) and pressures up to 400 bar (5800 psi). Valves available include direct acting, poppet type reliefs suitable for safety and fast acting requirements and pilot operated valves giving good, accurate control over widely varying flows.


03. Dual Relief ValvesDual relief valve: 1) Differential area/direct acting poppet type including single or dual cartridge versions. 2) Direct acting with make up checks. 3) Pilot type with vent feature and make up checks. Flows up to 380 liters/min (100 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi).



04. Sequence ValvesSequence valves are similar to relief valves but with their spring chamber referenced to a separate drain port. Direct acting and pilot operated versions with and without free flow checks are available in this section, with flows up to 200 liters/min (52 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi).  


05. Reducing ValvesPressure control valves which limit the downstream pressure to a set level. Direct acting and pilot operated versions with and without reverse reliefs are available. Flows up to 200 liters/min (52 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi).

Our compact BoomLoc valves are designed for compliance with the ISO 8643 standard for material handling on backhoes and excavators. These tried and tested valves provide the ultimate in smooth control and are the result of long research and development coupled with customer feedback.



07. CheckCheck valves of sizes up to 1 1/4 BSP and cracking pressure from 0.5 to 7.0 bar. Also included in this section are hose rupture valves of sizes up to 3/4 BSP and pilot check valves with flow ranges up to 300 liters/min (80 US GPM). These are available in cartridge, insert or body form.  


08. Needle ValvesNeedle and restrictor valves - both cartridge and line mounted versions with port sizes to 3/4 BSP and nominal flow rates up to 85 liters/min (22 US GPM) and working pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi).  


09. Flow RegulatorsPressure compensated flow regulators, both line mounted and cartridge style. There are three main types: 1) Restrictive style 2) Bypass style 3) Priority style Regulated flows up to 350 liters/min (92 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi)  


10. Flow DividersFlow dividers/combiners with flow ratings up to 220 litres/min (60 US GPM) and pressures up to 280 bar (4000 psi). Ideal for use in systems where actuators are not mechanically linked and in transmission systems as difflock valves.  


11. Solenoid Valves100 L/min, 250 bar (26 US GPM, 3600 psi) Solenoid Operated Poppet . Spool . 2/2 . 3/2 . 4/2 . 4/3 High performance conventional and proportional valves requiring minimal solenoid power and producing low pressure drops, with little hysteresis and fast switching, our directional valves give cost effective, efficient, high speed and reliable operation. Also flexible and innovative design and development for special applications.  


12. Unloading ValvesPump unloading valves both cartridge and bodied versions. Flows up to 200 liters/min (52 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). The bodied valves contain check valves and an internal pilot. Ideal for accumulator systems.  


13. Shuttle ValvesShuttle valves which are ideal for brake circuits and pilot logic circuits. Also included are remote sequence cartridges which can be used for unloading or sequencing small flows. Pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flows up to 30 liters/min (8 US GPM). Hot oil shuttle integrated circuits are also included, with pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flows up to 120 liters/min (32 US GPM).
