Holmbury’s HFT Series screw connect couplings incorporate all of the benefits from the flat face design, whilst the screw connection strengthens the coupling and eliminates brinelling. Holmbury’s 5000 Series screw connect Roflex couplings are designed for heavy-duty, high pressure pulse applications. They are built to withstand the most severe pressure pulses, where other couplings may fail, due to the design preventing the movement of internal components.

TC Series – Screw connect tipper couplings
Holmbury’s TC Series screw connect tipper couplings are designed for use on tipper trucks. The female coupling has a wing nut sleeve which enables operators to connect the couplings by hand, even when there is low residual pressure in the line.

LC Series – Heavy duty screw connect couplings
Holmbury’s LC Series heavy duty, screw connect couplings are an ideal solution for hydraulic circuits where high pressure or pressure impulses are present. They are designed primarily for heavy duty applications. An API 16D certified version of LC Series is available in sizes 19 | 25 | 32 which are Lloyds certified in accordance with API 16D and the EUB Directive #36 and suitable for the Oil & Gas industries, for use in blow out preventer (BOP) applications.
PS Series – Extra heavy duty high flow couplings
Holmbury’s PS Series extra heavy duty screw couplings have been developed to withstand high flows, intense pressure pulses and vibration. At an independent test laboratory they have exceeded 3,000,000 impulse cycles whilst being subjected to heavy vibration in the horizontal and vertical planes.
